This goes great with lemon olive oil cake and is perfect in pop tarts.
Ingredients
500g Berries
48g Sugar
80g Lemon Juice
12g Corn Starch
12g Cold Water
Instructions
- Bring berries to a simmer with lemon juice and sugar. Cook 10 mins.
- Dissolve corn starch with water, add to berries and simmer for 2-3 mins until it thickens.
