Ingredients
180g Milk
100g Starter
210g Olive oil
3 Eggs
40g Lemon Juice + Zest
5g Vanilla
240g Flour
150g Sugar
5g Salt
5g Baking powder
2g Baking soda
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients in mixer with paddle.
- Stir together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet, mix just until it comes together. Do not overmix.
- Pour into an oiled baking pan.
- Bake at 375F for about 40 minutes until internal temp reaches 200F.
- Let cool in pan.
