Sourdough Quiche Crust

If I only had a quiche recipe!

Ingredients

450g Flour

10g Salt
300g Chilled Butter
80g Starter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt
  2. Cut cold butter into flour using pastry knife.
  3. Add starter, knead until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate up to 3 days
  5. Blind bake at 350F for 20 mins.
