Sourdough Lemon Olive Oil Cake

Woah! Sooooo good.

Ingredients

180g Milk
100 Starter
210g Olive oil
3 Eggs
Juice of One Lemon + Zest
5g Vanilla

240g Flour
150g Sugar
5g Salt
5g Baking powder
2g Baking soda

Instructions

  1. Mix wet ingredients in mixer with paddle.
  2. Stir together dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet, mix just until it comes together. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour into an oiled baking pan.
  5. Bake at 375F for about 40 minutes until internal temp reaches 200F.
  6. Let cool in pan.
