Sourdough Hoagie Rolls

Of course you’ll want to have these with a beef braise! They also make great hot dog buns.

Ingredients

250g Water
500g Flour

100g Starter
20g Sugar
30g Olive oil
10g Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and mix until it comes together.
  2. Rest for 2h then fridge for 1-3 days
  3. Shape, rest for 4-6h
  4. Score, bake 400F with steamers 25 to 30 mins
