Of course you’ll want to have these with a beef braise!
Ingredients
250g Water
500g Flour
100g Starter
20g Sugar
30g Olive oil
10g Salt
Instructions
- Add the sourdough starter, sugar and water to a mixing bowl and stir until dissolved.
- Now pour the oil in, then add the flour and salt on top of that.
- Mix, let rest for 2h
- Fridge 2 days
- Shape, rest for 4-6h
- Score, bake 400F with steamers 25 to 30 mins
