Sourdough Hoagie

Of course you’ll want to have these with a beef braise!

Ingredients

250g Water
500g Flour

100g Starter
20g Sugar
30g Olive oil
10g Salt

Instructions

  1. Add the sourdough starter, sugar and water to a mixing bowl and stir until dissolved.
  2. Now pour the oil in, then add the flour and salt on top of that.
  3. Mix, let rest for 2h
  4. Fridge 2 days
  5. Shape, rest for 4-6h
  6. Score, bake 400F with steamers 25 to 30 mins
