They’re great in a veggie or chicken soup!
Ingredients
8 Cups Cubed Bread (Fresh or Old)
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
3 Tbsp Minced Parsley
Instructions
- Beat eggs, whisk in butter and parsley
- Pour mixture over bread and squish until all bread is wet.
- Form into balls, cook in boiling water for 20 mins.
