Ingredients
240g Starter
120g Flour
30g Olive Oil
6g Salt
15g Baking Powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, rest for 30 mins to relax gluten
- Roll out thin on parchment lined baking sheet
- Cut into squares, prick each with a fork
- Bake 400F for 20-30 mins
