Sourdough Crackers

They’re great for dipping in cheese sauce or onion dip.

Ingredients

240g Starter

120g Flour
30g Olive Oil

6g Salt

15g Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, rest for 30 mins to relax gluten
  2. Roll out thin on parchment lined baking sheet
  3. Cut into squares, prick each with a fork
  4. Bake 400F for 20-30 mins
