Bread Dumplings

They’re great in a veggie or chicken soup!

Ingredients

8 Cups Cubed Bread (Fresh or Old)
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
3 Tbsp Minced Parsley

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, whisk in butter and parsley
  2. Pour mixture over bread and squish until all bread is wet.
  3. Form into balls, cook in boiling water for 20 mins.
