This is great and sort of a must with Gyro – or just a dip for sourdough baguette.
Ingredients
1 (32 ounce) Container Greek Yogurt
1 Cucumber with Peel, grated
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, pressed
3 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 Tsp grated Lemon Zest
