Ingredients

200g Starter
240g Milk
50g Sugar
5g Vanilla
56g Melted butter
240g Flour

After overnight fridge rest

2 Eggs
5g Baking soda
5g Baking powder
5g Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix 1st 6 ingredients with paddle attachment – rest in fridge overnight.
  2. Mix in additional ingredients with paddle attachment.
  3. Cook in waffle maker or pan
