Sourdough and vanilla – perfect!
Ingredients
Wet
3 Eggs
57g Butter, Softened
57g Coconut Butter, Softened
240g Milk
120g Sourdough Starter
20g Vanilla
Dry
300g Flour
300g Sugar
6g Salt
4g Baking Soda
8g baking powder
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F and grease baking pan.
- Mix wet ingredients with a paddle attachment.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet with paddle attachment just until it comes together. Do not overmix.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temp reaches 200F.
