Sourdough Starter From Scratch 🎥

It’s quite the journey – and sort of exciting to see what happens. And if you’re lucky, you’ll have a bubbling sourdough starter after about a week.

Ingredients

50g Filtered Water

50g Flour

Instructions

  1. Mix water and flour lightly cover container and rest 24h at room temp
  2. Discard half, add water and flour, rest 24h at room temp
  3. Repeat 2. daily for about a week
