Sourdough Sandwich Bread 🎥

This sandwich bread is great for toasting! Super soft and yum!

Ingredients

200g Starter
165g Water
30g Honey
1 Egg
25g Oil
10g Salt
475 Flour

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients with dough hook until it comes off the sides and bottom of bowl
  2. Transfer to container with lid and rest at room temp for 4h
  3. Transfer to fridge for 24-72h
  4. Transfer to oiled bread pan and bake 350F 40mins
