This sandwich bread is great for toasting! Super soft and yum!
Ingredients
200g Starter
165g Water
30g Honey
1 Egg
25g Oil
10g Salt
475 Flour
Instructions
- Knead all ingredients with dough hook until it comes off the sides and bottom of bowl
- Transfer to container with lid and rest at room temp for 4h
- Transfer to fridge for 24-72h
- Transfer to oiled bread pan and bake 350F 40mins
