I have a little peach tree in my front yard – I love making peach-jalapeno jam and this cobbler.

113g Starter
72g Oil
85g Maple syrup
280g Flour
6g Baking soda
5g Baking powder
1g Cinnamon
3g Salt
60g Cream
55g Sugar
Peach filling
10 Peaches
2g Cinnamon
15g Flour
42g Butter
67g Maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine 1st 4 ingredients and rest 24h
- Combine peaches with filling, bake 350F 10 mins
- Add other ingredients to cobbler – mix – spread on table and make biscuits
- Place cobbler on baked fruit and bake 20 mins
