Sourdough Grissini 🎥

A great snack to have on hand! Crunchy and yummy.

Ingredients

50 g Starter
240g Flour
30g Olive Oil
120g Water
5g Salt

Toppings

Sesame seeds

Course Salt

Flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the dough hook for about 5 mins
  2. Transfer to container with lid, let rest at room temp for 2h
  3. Fridge for 24-72h
  4. On a floured surface, roll out to about 1/4 inch think. Cut into strips
  5. Roll each in mix of toppings
  6. Bake 350F for 20 minutes, flip and bake for 15 more minutes.
