This goes great with sourdough baguettes or brötchen. The secret is black olives!
Ingredients
8 Eggs
1 Can of Black Olives
1/2 Sweet Onion
Parsley
Mayo
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs – about 12 mins – cool in ice water for easier peeling
- Drain and coursely chop black olives
- Coursely chop eggs
- Combine all ingredients – rest in fridge overnight
