Egg Salad 🎥

This goes great with sourdough baguettes or brötchen. The secret is black olives!

Ingredients

8 Eggs

1 Can of Black Olives

1/2 Sweet Onion

Parsley

Mayo

Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs – about 12 mins – cool in ice water for easier peeling
  2. Drain and coursely chop black olives
  3. Coursely chop eggs
  4. Combine all ingredients – rest in fridge overnight
