I hardly use any store bought pasta any more – these are so versatile. Try them as carbonara or with sage butter.
Ingredients
4 Eggs
200g Sourdough Starter
500g Flour
10g Salt
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients
- Let rest a bit or up to a few days in the fridge
- Roll with Kitchenaid attachment to thinnest setting
- Rest for 20-30 mins so they dry out a bit but are still pliable
- Cut with Kitchenaid attachment
- Boil for 3 minutes, strain
