Sourdough Egg Noodles 🎥

I hardly use any store bought pasta any more – these are so versatile. Try them as carbonara or with sage butter.

Ingredients

4 Eggs

200g Sourdough Starter

500g Flour

10g Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Let rest a bit or up to a few days in the fridge
  3. Roll with Kitchenaid attachment to thinnest setting
  4. Rest for 20-30 mins so they dry out a bit but are still pliable
  5. Cut with Kitchenaid attachment
  6. Boil for 3 minutes, strain
