Ingredients
Guanciale or Bacon
Eggs
Parmesan
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Fry guanciale until it releases its fat – turn off heat
- Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 3 mins – save some of the water after cooking
- Beat eggs with salt and papper
- Grate parmesan
- Add noodles to cooked guanciale – add beaten eggs, parmesan and noodle water – stir, stir stir
- You’re done!
