These are great for breakfast with jam – or make egg cups.
Ingredients
1 Egg
240g Scalded Milk
200g Starter
70g Sugar
450g Flour
9g Salt
113g Melted Butter
Instructions
- Mix all dough ingredients with the dough hook until it comes together and off the sides of the bowl.
- Rest on counter for 4h, then fridge for 24-72h
- Roll out on floured service to about 1/8 inch
- Brush with melted butter
- Cut into wedges and roll each one up
- Rest for 4h on counter
- Bake at 375f for 25 mins.
