Sourdough Crescent Rolls

These are great for breakfast with jam – or make egg cups.

Ingredients

1 Egg
240g Scalded Milk
200g Starter
70g Sugar
450g Flour
9g Salt
113g Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all dough ingredients with the dough hook until it comes together and off the sides of the bowl.
  2. Rest on counter for 4h, then fridge for 24-72h
  3. Roll out on floured service to about 1/8 inch
  4. Brush with melted butter
  5. Cut into wedges and roll each one up
  6. Rest for 4h on counter
  7. Bake at 375f for 25 mins.
