Sourdough Crepes

Nutella anyone?

Ingredients

2 Eggs

125g Starter
60g Flour
183g Milk
30g Water
2g Salt
37g Sugar

42g Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, rest overnight
  2. Spray pan with cooking oil, fry 1/4 cup at a time, swirl pan to spread batter into thin layer
