Ingredients
Dough
2 Eggs
225g Scalded Milk
100g Starter
5g Vanilla
500g Flour
5g Salt
75g Sugar
100g Butter
Filling
100g Soft Butter
250g Sugar
10g Cinnamon
20g Flour
Instructions
- Mix all dough ingredients with the dough hook until it comes together and off the sides of the bowl.
- Rest on counter for 4h, then fridge for 24-72h
- Roll out on floured service to about 1/4 inch
- Mix filling, spread on rolled out dough
- Roll up, cut into 1 inch rolls, arrange in oiled baking dish.
- Rest for 4h on counter
- Bake at 400f for 25 mins.
