Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Don’t buy these at the store.

Ingredients

Dough

2 Eggs
225g Scalded Milk
100g Starter
5g Vanilla
500g Flour
5g Salt
75g Sugar
100g Butter
Filling
100g Soft Butter
250g Sugar
10g Cinnamon
20g Flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all dough ingredients with the dough hook until it comes together and off the sides of the bowl.
  2. Rest on counter for 4h, then fridge for 24-72h
  3. Roll out on floured service to about 1/4 inch
  4. Mix filling, spread on rolled out dough
  5. Roll up, cut into 1 inch rolls, arrange in oiled baking dish.
  6. Rest for 4h on counter
  7. Bake at 400f for 25 mins.
