These biscuits are to die for! Biscuits and gravy, anyone?
Ingredients
240g Flour
20g Baking Powder
8g Salt
226g Cold Butter cut into small cubes
454g Sourdough Starter
Instructions
- Mix together dry ingredients
- Squish cold butter into flour mixture with fingers
- Add starter, pour out onto table and mix to a dough with bench scraper – yes, it’s a bit messy
- Rest in fridge for a day or two – this is optional but makes it way better
- Shape, bake at 425F for 20 mins
