Sourdough Biscuits 🎥

These biscuits are to die for! Biscuits and gravy, anyone?

Ingredients

240g Flour

20g Baking Powder

8g Salt

226g Cold Butter cut into small cubes

454g Sourdough Starter

Instructions

  1. Mix together dry ingredients
  2. Squish cold butter into flour mixture with fingers
  3. Add starter, pour out onto table and mix to a dough with bench scraper – yes, it’s a bit messy
  4. Rest in fridge for a day or two – this is optional but makes it way better
  5. Shape, bake at 425F for 20 mins
