Sourdough Biscotti 🎥

So almondy and crunchy. Perfect with coffee.

Ingredients

53g Olive oil
22g Brown sugar
2 Eggs
5g Vanilla
15g Almond extract
100g Sourdough starter
312g Flour
4g Salt
130g Almonds

Instructions

  1. Use paddle attachment to mix olive oil and sugar
  2. Add eggs and mix
  3. Add vanilla and almond extract, starter and mix
  4. Add Flour and salt and mix until combined
  5. Add almonds, just a few turns in the mixer
  6. Fridge overnight
  7. Make 2 logs
  8. Bake 350F for 30min
  9. Cool for 20 mins
  10. Cut
  11. Bake 20 mins, flipping after 10 min
