Ingredients
53g Olive oil
22g Brown sugar
2 Eggs
5g Vanilla
15g Almond extract
100g Sourdough starter
312g Flour
4g Salt
130g Almonds
Instructions
- Use paddle attachment to mix olive oil and sugar
- Add eggs and mix
- Add vanilla and almond extract, starter and mix
- Add Flour and salt and mix until combined
- Add almonds, just a few turns in the mixer
- Fridge overnight
- Make 2 logs
- Bake 350F for 30min
- Cool for 20 mins
- Cut
- Bake 20 mins, flipping after 10 min
