Ingredients
140g Water
300g Flour
100g Starter
30g Cornstarch
25g Sugar
6g Salt
5g Baking Powder
30g Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, rest 4h on counter
- Fridge for 24-72h
- Portion 100g, Form balls, roll to 4mm thick, brush with oil, fold over
- Rest until puffy, 2-3h
