Sourdough Autolyse 🎥

When you’re baking sourdough breads like Baguettes, you want to develop gluten so the dough can capture the gases when rising. Autolyse helps with this and is super easy to do.

Ingredients

Filtered Water and Flour – amount depending on your recipe

Instructions

  1. Mix water and flour until just combined
  2. Rest at room temperature 20mins to 3h
  3. Continue with recipe
