Shrimp Salad

Have this with a baguette and some butter. Super easy, super yummy.

Ingredients

1 Lb Shrimp
Salt and Pepper
1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped

1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
2 Tbsp Chopped Dill
1/2 Cup Mayo
Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 mins then chill in ice water.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
