Ingredients
12 Eggs
10 Whole Garlic Cloves
1 Can Sliced Beets with Juice
2 Sliced Red Onions
4g Pink Peppercorn
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tsp Salt
3 Cups Balsamic Vinegar
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Water
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs, cool on ice, put aside
- In a saucepan all other ingredients to a boil
- Put peeled eggs in a jar
- Pour brine into jar
- Store at room temp until cool and then fridge for 48 hours
