A dip with camembert and beer – what could go wrong? Dip anything in it including pretzel rolls or sourdough baguette.
Ingredients
250g Camembert
120g Cream cheese
10g Butter
2 Tbsp Chives
2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Sweet Paprika Powder
100g Beer
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Use a fork to mash together the cheese, cream cheese and butter.
- Add onions, chives and paprika and continue mixing until combined.
- Mix in beer – adding more or less depending on the consistency you want
