Miso Lemon-Parmesan Aioli

Yum.

Ingredients

Zest of 4 lemons
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup + 2 Tsp Yellow Miso Paste
3 Cups Grated Parmesan
4 Tsp Chopped Rosemary
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a cuisinart, combine everything but the olive oil and blend until very smooth.
  2. With the blender running, slowly add the olive oil.
