Marinara Sauce

Have this with sourdough egg noodles – add some meatballs!

Ingredients

Butter and Olive Oil

2 Onions, diced

1/4 Cup Flour

6 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped

6 Cans Diced Tomatoes
3 Cups Chicken Stock

Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook onions in butter and olive oil until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and flour, cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and chicken stock, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer for 45 minutes.
