This mousse is so yummy – they go great with sourdough scones and cookies!
Ingredients
80g Sugar
1 Egg yolk
Juice and Zest from 3 Lemons
25g Corn starch
200g Cream
Instructions
- Combine sugar, yolk and lemon juice
- Add corn starch, bring to boil, let cool
- Add zest
- Chill
- Whisk in cream slowly
