I’ll be featuring one organic sourdough bread every week and serving different dishes that pair with the bread – rotating every 2 or 3 days – oh, and don’t forget the sourdough berry scones!

April 1 – 6 Baguette

April 7 – 13 Brötchen (Round baguettes with seeds)
April 14 – 20 Bagel
April 21 – 27 Pretzel
April 28 – May 4 Biscuit
May 5 – 11 Pumpernickel
May 12 – 18 Brioche

And then we’ll do it all over again – maybe in a different order.
