Ingredients
300g Water
500g Flour
100g Starter
10g Salt
25g Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with dough hook until it comes off the side of the bowl.
- Rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Rest in fridge overnight – better 3 days.
