Yum! Make this with leftover halibut.
Ingredients
1 Lb Halibut
1 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Mayo (to taste)
2 Tbsp Parsley
2 Tbsp Chives
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Lemon Zest
1 Bell Pepper (Diced, Not Green)
Salty and Pepper
Instructions
- Salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake halibut at 400F for 15 mins, let cool
- Mix all ingredients together, let sit in fridge overnight
