Gravy for Biscuits

Sourdough biscuits and gravy. I never thought I would like this. But I really do!

Ingredients

6 Tbsp Butter
3 Lbs Pork Sausage
3/4 Cup Flour
7 1/2 Cups Milk
Salt
Pepper
Sage or Other Herbs

Instructions

  1. Brown pork sausage, set aside.
  2. Melt butter, add flour, cook for a few minutes until just tan color
  3. Add milk, bring to a boil stirring with a whisk.
  4. Add salt, pepper and herbs.
  5. Add sausage back in, simmer for 5 mins
