OMG. Try this with sourdough brioche, a scone or a cookie.

Ingredients

200g Cream
160g Chopped dark chocolate
60g Butter

Instructions

  1. Scald cream, ie bring to 180F.
  2. Pour cream over chocolate and butter, stir until smooth, cool in fridge
