Ingredients
6 Eggs
2 Tbsp Mayo
1 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Pickles
1 Tsp Mustard
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs. I like to put them in a pan with cold water, let it come to a boil and then cook for 10 mins.
- Cool eggs in ice water bath so they peel easily.
- Cut peeled eggs in half, remove yolks to a bowl and stir together with other ingredients.
- Fill mixture back onto egg whites.
