Candied Pecans

Perfect for an arugula salad.

Ingredients

1 Cup Pecans
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Butter

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat, add pecans, sugar, salt and butter.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until all the sugar is melted.
  3. Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper and separate.
