Ingredients
2 Lbs Steak, Cut Into Cubes
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Butter
6 Sage Leaves, minced
Instructions
Pat the steak bites dry
, season with salt and pepper.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot, sear the steak bites in a single layer for 2 mins. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Work in batches if necessary. Set aside.
Reduce heat to medium, add the butter and minced sage. Saute for about a minute and return the steak to the skillet and stir well to coat in the sage butter.
