Bacon Jam

Oh boy! Great on an egg baguette.

Ingredients

1 Package Bacon
1 Sweet onion
1/4 Cup Jam

Instructions

1. Cook bacon until foamy, remove from pan.
2. Add diced onion to pan with bacon grease and cook until caramelized.
3. Add bacon back in and add jam – simmer for 5 minutes.
