Ingredients
Zest of 4 lemons
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup + 2 Tsp Yellow Miso Paste
3 Cups Grated Parmesan
4 Tsp Chopped Rosemary
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a cuisinart, combine everything but the olive oil and blend until very smooth.
- With the blender running, slowly add the olive oil.
