7 Dried Arbol Chiles
2 Roasted Red Bell Peppers
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp Caraway Seeds
2 Tsp Coriander
2 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Salt
Juice and Zest of 1 Large Lemon
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Soak Chiles in Hot Water
- Cut bell peppers into quarters, place on foil lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and roast at 450F for 20mins.
