I love and grow my own jalapenos. This hot sauce is awesome!
Ingredients
Olive Oil
8 Jalapenos
1 Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Water
Salt
Instructions
- Add jalapenos, onion and garlic to a cast iron pan, drizzle with olive oil and roast at 420F for 40mins. Let cool.
- Add everything to a pot, bring to a boil then simmer 5mins
- Use immersion blender to blend, then strain
- Dry remaining pulp in dehydrator for a yummy seasoning
