Ingredients
4 Eggs
360g Starter
300g Sweet potato
24g Bacon grease
128g Peanut butter
600g Oats
420g Flour
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix with the dough hook, scraping down sides occasionally.
- Spread out about 1/2 inch thick on parchment lined baking sheet, bake 30mins at 350F
- Let cool, cut into squares and bake another 20mins
- Dehydrator at 130F for 6h
