113g Starter
151g Water
300g Flour
5g Salt
37g Sugar
50g Vegetable oil
Breadcrumbs for coatinng
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix with dough hook until it comes together
- Rest 2 hours, then fridge up to 72h
- Shape into balls, coat with breadcrumbs
- Bake at 375F for 25 mins
