Sandra’s Pickled Eggs

The best pickled eggs you’ll ever make. We know.

Ingredients

12 Eggs

10 Whole Garlic Cloves

1 Can Sliced Beets with Juice

2 Sliced Red Onions

4g Pink Peppercorn

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

2 Tsp Salt

3 Cups Balsamic Vinegar

2 Cups Sugar

2 Cups Water

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs, cool on ice, put aside
  2. In a saucepan all other ingredients to a boil
  3. Put peeled eggs in a jar
  4. Pour brine into jar
  5. Store at room temp until cool and then fridge for 48 hours
