Sourdough Vanilla Cake

Sourdough and vanilla – perfect!

Ingredients

Wet

3 Eggs

57g Butter, Softened
57g Coconut Butter, Softened
240g Milk
120g Sourdough Starter

20g Vanilla

Dry
300g Flour
300g Sugar
6g Salt
4g Baking Soda
8g baking powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350F and grease baking pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients with a paddle attachment.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet with paddle attachment just until it comes together. Do not overmix.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temp reaches 200F.
