Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Lbs Beef Chuck Cut Into Strips
1 Tbsp Butter
8 Oz Sliced Mushrooms
1 Onion, Diced
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 1/2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 Cup White Wine
2 Cups Beef Broth
1/2 Cup Creme Fraiche
1 Tbsp Chives
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Sear Beef in olive oil, remove from pan
- Cook mushrooms and onion in butter
- Add garlic, cook until fragrant
- Add flour, cook a minute or 2
- Add wine and beef broth, simmer covered for an hour or 2
- Add creme fraiche and chives
