Scalded Milk 🎥

When your sourdough recipe calls for milk, you want to scald the milk. Otherwise it inhibits the growth of the bugs in your starter.

Amount of milk called for in your recipe

Instructions

  1. Pour milk into a pan, hold a food thermometer in one hand and use the other hand to constantly stir with a spoon.
  2. Turn off at 180F and let cool
